125 hits to the blog yesterday, that is a record. Hope you are all well, cause we are. Managed to get everyone up and about and we are going to have a stroll down town this afternoon. Henry there are loads of sheepy things here, you would be very excited!! This country could have been made for you. Vee and Nic are going to have a look around the shops, should take about 15 mins and I think Sid and I may have a beer. They sell the dark stuff down here!.
Dear "You Lot Down Under"
ReplyDeleteStill loving all the photos - still looks fantastic. Chris showed mum - via his i-phone - this weekend - so she is being kept informed of all you are seeing and doing.
Try not to have too many big breakfasts or too much beer or too much enjoyment!!
Love "Us up North - Edgworth lot" xx
Hi, thanks for the comments. We are trying not to enjoy it but its bloody hard not too. Off whale watching in the morning, cannot wait. Lots of love, Us down under who cannot remember what rain looks like! xx
DeleteAre you enjoying it so much that you're considering emigrating? ;-)
ReplyDeleteEvan and i spent the most of last week at your house but half term is over now so we are back home. It was a bit crappy at first because there was an attempted abduction of a 7 year old girl on the street behind me so she has not been allowed out but the man was arrested yesterday so she is back out today.
The weather is lovely today, i'm sure it's not as good as yours though, but i do have all my doors and windows open( mainly due to the fact that my heating won't turn off).
We only just missed your call this morning because we had just woke up and weren't fast enough to get to it, try about 15 minutes later next time.
Speak soon and enjoy :-) xxx
Hi JT, We are too old to flit. Glad you are both ok and Doris is safe. Our weather has been brill, not a drop of rain. It was overcast yesterday but still warm. After the whale watching trip today we head north and end up at Picton ready for the ferry back to the north island. Any news from Michael, we still have not heard if he got that job. We will try to ring either in the morning 7:30 in the morning your time or 7ish in the evening your time. Love Mum and Dad.xx
